Nihal Goel is the founder and director of NG Bookkeeping.

His career began in public practice, followed by a role as a company accountant, before he moved into property: first with a property syndicate, then with property management companies, running the accounts for commercial and residential portfolios. That work covers rent rolls and arrears, outgoings and recoveries, opex and capex budgets, multi-entity consolidations, lender and investor reporting, and the tax treatment that comes with land transactions.

Nihal set up NG Bookkeeping to give property businesses and SMEs the kind of finance function that usually only larger companies can afford: current books, a fixed month-end, and reports that have been reviewed by someone who understands the sector. He leads the practice's property work and reviews every property client's month-end pack before it is sent. He works across Auckland and Wellington.
