What we track
Sales are reconciled across in-store POS, Shopify or other online platforms and marketplaces, with payment gateway fees, refunds and chargebacks accounted for. Inventory is tracked through purchases, cost of goods sold and periodic stocktakes so the margin you see is real.
Gross margin, stock turn and sell-through are reported by category. Landed cost, freight and import GST on stock purchases are captured correctly so margin is not overstated.
